Summary: Overall wonderful space. We had 12 guys all whom were able to get their own bed. A few minor things not working like the air hockey table or blender, but everything else was great. Even had a low battery on a smoker detector beeping, and they sent someone out in the evening to fix. Great location near beach, in a quiet neighborhood. No issue parking lots of cars either in the big garage or long driveway. Would book again. .
